My name is Pintu Chaurasia, and I am the founder of RC Illumination Solution. My journey started in 2017 with a simple dream — to build something of my own in the lighting and chandelier industry. In the beginning, I was managing both my job and my business. It was not easy. There were long working hours, financial struggles, pressure, and many challenges. There were times when people told me to stop, give up, and close the business. But I believed that success comes only through consistency, patience, and hard work. Instead of stopping, I continued learning, improving, and working harder every single day. After years of dedication and experience, one of the proudest moments of my journey came on 8th December 2024, when I officially started my own manufacturing unit. That day was not just the opening of a workshop — it was the result of years of struggle, sacrifice, and determination. Today, RC Illumination Solution is actively serving clients with chandelier manufacturing, installation, maintenance, cleaning, repair, and luxury decorative lighting solutions. We proudly work with hotels, banquet halls, builders, interior designers, temples, and premium residences across Mumbai and beyond. Our goal is not only to provide lighting solutions but to create trust, quality, and long-term relationships through every project we complete.
